Welcome to the Brine trading platform. Here are the terms and conditions (T&C) which govern all events conducted by Brine (including but not limited to Tradernerds’ competitions and $SALT score leaderboards). All participants should read these terms and conditions carefully and agree to them before entering any events. If you do not agree with them, you are requested to refrain from taking part.
General
- Brine reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the T&C or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Brine is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website glitches or interruptions, that may affect the entry process or winner selection of the event.
- Brine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.
- These terms may be subject to change, and any updates will be posted on the Brine Fi website.
Eligibility
- Participants must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction to be eligible to participate in Brine events.
- Participants who reside in certain countries (please refer to our Terms of use) are not allowed to participate in Brine events.
Intellectual Property
- By participating in a Brine event, participants grant Brine the right to use their submitted data (including but not limited to username, email ID and wallet address) for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
Duration and Timings
- The duration and the timings of the event will be communicated to participants through our website and/or our social media handles. Brine reserves the right to change or modify the dates and timings of the event without prior notice; changes will be communicated through our website and/or social media handles. Participants are requested to regularly check the respective channels and update themselves on the latest developments.
Prizes
- The prize(s) of the event will be communicated to participants through our website and/or our social media handles.
- The prize(s) of the event are subject to change; Brine reserves the right to change the nature, number or mode of prizes without prior notice; changes will be communicated through our website and/or social media handles.
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
- Prizes will be distributed to the winner(s) within 4 working days of the event ending.
Winners
- For information regarding how the winners are chosen and the prizes distributed to each winner, please refer to the respective pages on our official website.
- The winners will be notified about the exact details regarding the reward distribution through our website/social media handles/other communication channels.
